Our Projects
Canberra Hospital Expansion
The $500 million Canberra Hospital Expansion (CHE) project will deliver a new eight-storey emergency, surgical and critical healthcare building. Located at Yamba Drive in Garran, the hospital expansion is the largest healthcare infrastructure project ever undertaken by the ACT Government. The nearly 40,000 sqm new facility will enable a bigger, better Canberra Hospital to meet the needs of a growing city and region, featuring 22 operating theatres, 55-day surgery beds, 60 ICU beds and an extra 39 emergency department treatment spaces.
ANU Research School of Physics and Engineering
The new ANU Research School of Physics and Engineering will combine administrative and teaching spaces, a 250 seats auditorium, boardroom and seminar areas, with critical laboratory spaces including stable labs, specialist equipment rooms, clean rooms, and microscope rooms. The building will also incorporate seismic restraints and vibration protection technology to maintain the integrity of the building and the critical work of its occupants.
Australian War Memorial Redevelopment
Officially opened in 1941, the Australian War Memorial is an iconic building of national significance. More than one million people visit the Memorial every year to honour the members' service. The time has come to modernise and expand the galleries and buildings to tell the continuing story of Australia's contemporary contribution.
ANU CECS Birch Building refurbishment
Constructed in 1968 as the Research School of Chemistry, this facility derived from significant heritage value, including the unique precast façade, atrium stair and coffered floor slabs. The building demanded adaptive reuse to become the College of Engineering and Computer Science. The refurbishment will deliver approximately 9,300sqm GFA of combined teaching, research and workplace.
Australian War Memorial - ANZAC Hall
The ANZAC Hall consists of a large open steel building with a span of 30 metres attached to the rear of the existing War Memorial by a glass bridge. The hall is 8 metres high and is sunk 5 metres below ground at its lowest point.
ACSIRO Black Mountain - Synergy Building l
This facility is part of the ACT Site Consolidation for CSIRO, being located at the Black Mountain Science& Innovation Park. The project delivers 15,000 sqm of world-class research and support facilities with purpose-built laboratories.
ANU - ANZSOG/NSC
Australian & New Zealand School of Government / National Security College Building (ANZSOG/NSC) is Australasia's flagship school of government, dedicated to promoting outstanding public sector leadership and policy. The National Security College (NSC) is a joint venture between the Commonwealth Government and the Australian National University.
